Banana Bread:



  1. 125g Butter
  2. ¾ Cup Coconut Sugar
  3. 4 Bananas (Mashed)
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. 240g Brown Rice Flour
  6. Pinch Salt
  7. 5ml Bicarb
  8. 65ml Warm Water
  9. 7ml Baking Powder
  10. 1/3 Cup Almond Milk





  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Line a loaf tin with tin foil and spray and cook the tin
  3. Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy
  4. Add the mashed bananas and beat until well combined
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating in between until fully combined
  6. Add the flour and a pinch of salt
  7. Dissolve the bicarb in the warm water and add to the batter
  8. Add the almond milk and baking powder and mix
  9. Pour into the lined loaf tin and bake for 1 hour.
