Beach Club at Zimbali Fairmont Hotel and Resort

Last week we were invited to the Beach Club at Zimbali Fairmont Hotel and Resort to meet their new Executive Chef, Tony Kocke, and to experience what he has brought to the brand in terms of taste and flavour. Over the course of the evening we got to sample their new approach to the poolside menu which remains true to the original concept of quick and easy food to go, but where hotel fair can be sometimes rather bland and disappointing, Chef Tony and his team is a real game changer. The Beverley Hills loss is Fairmont Zimbali’s gain – good food, good company, super setting – it doesn’t get much better than this.
