Delish Sisters – Strawberry Crumble

Ingredients :
100g Brown Rice flour or Oat flour
75g Butter
50g Rolled Oats
130g Coconut Sugar
Pinch of salt
500g Strawberries
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
125ml Greek yogurt or Double Cream

Method:
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Chop your strawberries in to quarters and place in a mixing bowl with the vanilla extract and 30g of coconut sugar and mix together
For your crumble topping mix your oats, flour, butter, remaining coconut sugar and a pinch of salt
Mix the crumble topping together with your fingers until it starts coming together into clumps
Pour your strawberry mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle your crumble topping over the top
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and crunchy on the top
Serve with a dollop of yogurt or double cream
