The launch of phase 2 of the highly successful Manor Estates development was held at the Manor Estates sales office on Thursday the 6th July 2017. Approximately 100 invited guests were there to celebrate and experience a tour of the development and an update on the sales progress.
The units in the first phase are very close to completion and the crisp interiors are as impressive as is suggested in the marketing material. The palette of grey full bodied porcelain tiles, white and timber soft closing cupboards and upmarket fixtures such as Grohe taps and Geberit bathroom fittings, creates a very upmarket product.
The acoustic glass which cuts out forty decibels of sound, works well to reduce ambient noise. There is a UPS battery backup system, inverted geysers and LED lighting which make the units very energy smart.
The litmus test to any development is the reaction in the market and, impressively, the 1st phase of 24 units has sold out already. The second phase has now been launched with prices ranching from R1, 480,000.00 to R1, 595,000.00. Both two and three bed units are available.
The developers, HBR Projects, certainly mean business with their bold phase 2 launch slogan, “BUILT ON TIME OR ITS FREE”. With building progress already underway on Phase 2 it seems that they certainly are able to walk the talk.
